Tickets received over the weekend/bank holidays are dealt with in the order they are received on the next working day.
Support is billed at £50/hour with a minimum fee of 30 minutes/£25 per issue. Remaining time is billed in 15 minute increments. Hence, 45 minutes would be £37.50.
Out of business hours support is billed at £100/hour at my discretion, however out of hours availability is not guaranteed.

All new tickets are dealt with on a first come first served basis.
Any fees for work required will be cleared with you first before proceeding.
