We listen to feedback from our clients, and they tell us that spreading the cost monthly is less of a financial impact, and enables them to budget more effectively. Should you still wish to pay on the basis of 50% deposit and the balance payable upon completion, it’s not a problem!

We encourage you to closely consider your affordability before proceeding.

However, in the unlikely event you wish to cancel early, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the original project cost, and your website will scheduled to be deleted within 2 weeks.

Once your 24 months is up, you have 2 choices. You can either move to one of our management only packages, or we can zip up your website files & data for you to move to your own host.

2 years is quite a long time in the life of a website. If you renew, we’ll include a full re-design of your current site to keep it fresh and inline with current design trends.

In order to be able to provide you with fast, efficient support, we only support websites hosted by us. If we have to negotiate with third party hosts, it usually turns into a can of worms which is not only time consuming but can often result in issues left unresolved. If your site is hosted with us, we can react quickly and efficiently. The buck stops with us!

Yes, we offer 2 email addresses with our Starter plan, and up to 5 with our Pro plan. This is very much entry level email, hence should you require something more complex, we recommend GoogleMail or Microsoft 365.

No. We are a WordPress only agency, hence we only work with WordPress & WooCommerce.

We’ll invoice you for the initial payment which is payable via bank transfer. The remaining term of your agreement is payable by monthly Direct Debit.

We provide a tutorial video to help you make changes to your website yourself, however we remain on hand for anything from simple amendments, to adding new pages. Just drop us an email from our Support Page.

Submit your enquiry via our contact page and we’ll arrange a phone or Zoom call to get to know you and understand what you’re looking to achieve. 

Once you’re ready to go-ahead, we’ll invoice you for the initial payment, and set up your monthly direct debit.

We usually say between 4-8 weeks realistically (depending on the package you choose), but if you provide us with your content quickly, and you have a deadline to meet, we will try to expedite your build quicker.

We’ll confirm the estimated build time once we’ve had a chat and have a clear idea of the work we’ll be doing for you.

If your website requires special features or functionality, the time frame may shift slightly depending on how complex it is. Either way we’ll keep you appraised all the way.
