Choose A Task
If you are not sure what you need, get in touch and I’ll try to help, or check out my FAQ’s.
Provide details of your task
During checkout, you will be asked to complete some information relating to your request.
Submit payment & check out
You can pay via PayPal or by credit/debit card.
Upon receipt of your order, I will evaluate the task, and come back to you with the next steps.
Submitting Your Help Request
When ordering a request for help, please provide as much information as possible regarding the problem you are experiencing.
It’s really helpful if you can provide any of the following;
- Screenshots of the problem
- A copy of any error messages you’re seeing
- The steps you took to replicate the error
- Details of any changes you have recently made to your website, for example, installed new plugins, deleted anything etc.
Your WordPress/WooCommerce Support Account
Once you have submitted your first order, you’ll have access to your own client support area where you can access your support tickets and billing history.
How will you work on my website?
For simple quick tasks, generally I will work on your live site. But for more complex tasks requiring testing or troubleshooting, I will take a clone of your website and work on it locally, and then transfer any changes to your live website once I am confident I have met the requirements of your request.
What happens if something goes wrong while you're working on my website?
Please don’t be concerned. I will always make a backup of your files and database before commencing with any work. This means in the event of any problems, I can restore your website back to the point before I started.
How quickly can you fix my issue?
For small one off issues, generally I can fix them same day, however due to the very bespoke nature of every website, sometimes I may require more time. Sometimes it’s necessary to seek further information for issues relating to third party plugins or themes. In this case, I will always communicate any delays with you, along with a brief description of why your fix may take a little longer.
How do your hourly admin packages work?
My hourly admin packages are aimed at clients who require regular WordPress or WooCommerce administration. This is a perfect solution if you don’t want to employ a full time website manager but need regular help from a familiar, consistent source.
The packages are priced to offer better value for money the more hours you buy in advance. I will then deduct my time for your accumulated hours, with full reporting for all time spent on your website in order that you can monitor where your money is being spent.
You can log into your account at any time to check your balance and a summary of work carried out.
Each task is carries a minimum 30 minute charge, with additional time deducted in 15 minute increments.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes, if you require regular WordPress or WooCommerce admin, you can choose one of my hourly admin packages or I’m happy to discuss a custom package.
