Support for issues relating to your email or hosting account is included as a part of your monthly fee.
Any other issues are subject to our standard support fees unless agreed otherwise. Our support fees are outlined in the blue bar above.
Our standard rate applies to support provided between 9am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday.
Should you require support outside of these times, our out of hours rate applies.
Chargeable work includes (but not limited to);
- Website content changes
- New pages
- Changes to or the addition of new shop products
- Newsletter creation/sending
- Plugin installation/configuration
- Remote support/email configuration
