There are several popular email applications available, however we would recommend the following depending on whether you’re on a desktop/laptop device or a phone/tablet:
- Microsoft Outlook
- Mozilla Thunderbird
- Mac Mail
- Mac IOS Mail
- Android Mail
You’ll need the following information in order to configure your application;
Incoming/Outoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Please ensure that you add this using your own domain name, and ensure you add it as mail. not mail@
Your username is always your full email address.
Password: Your password as provided by us

Remote Log In
If you would like us to configure your email application for you, please download and install TeamViewer. This will enable us to log into your computer and assist with setup.
Once installed please leave TeamViewer open and provide us with your ID and Password (displayed in the left pane of the TeamViewer window).
