If you are not receiving email, first log into your account via WebMail to check that the issue is not with your mail application. You’ll be able to use WebMail in the meantime to send and receive mail.
If your mail is arriving in your WebMail account, it’s likely that there’s a problem with your mail application or settings on your computer or mobile device.
Submit a ticket to us with the email address you are experiencing problems with, and the IP address of the device where your mail application is installed.
