Front of House
The admin dashboard is designed to be used at the front of house on a tablet or desktop. Every booking for the day is visible at a glance, with live zone capacity meters showing exactly how full each area is and what's still available.
PROTECT YOUR REVENUE
Set the minimum party size at which a deposit is required. For smaller tables you might not need one, but for a party of six or more you can collect payment at the point of booking.
The amount is configurable, and Stripe handles the transaction automatically.
No Show Protection
If a customer has no-showed on a previous booking, you are automatically flagged the next time they book.
No manual record-keeping, no awkward surprises on the night.
The system tracks their history and alerts you so you can decide how to handle it.
Zone Management
Split your restaurant into zones and set the rules for each one.
Make your outside area available from April to October only. Open your private dining room from 7pm with a minimum party size.
Each zone has its own capacity, and the system only ever shows customers times that are genuinely available.
Customer Self Service
After booking, every customer receives a secure link in their confirmation email.
One click and they can view, amend or cancel their booking online, no account, no password, no calls to you.
It keeps your phone free and gives customers the flexibility they expect.

You set a deposit amount per head and a minimum party size that triggers it. When a customer books above that threshold, they pay the deposit securely via Stripe before the booking is confirmed. Refunds are handled automatically based on the cancellation policy you define.
Yes. The admin panel lets you add walk-ins and phone bookings directly. You can let the system auto-assign a table or pick one yourself.
The zone system handles that. You can set up as many zones as you need, Inside, Outside, Private Dining etc. Each with its own hours, capacity, and availability rules.
Yes. Every customer gets a magic link in their confirmation email that lets them view, amend or cancel their booking without needing a password or account. Amendments check availability automatically.
I handle the whole setup. I need to know your table layout, zones, opening hours and any deposit requirements, usually gathered in a short call or via email. Most restaurants are live within a few days.
